Very experienced central defender who signed from Crawley Town in the summer of 2004. Made over 300 appearances for the Red Devils and represented England at semi-professional level.

Powerful & imposing central defender with a good turn of speed, who joined Worthing in the summer of 2003 from Withdean 2000.

Strong tackling central defender who joined Worthing from Burgess Hill Town in autumn 2004.

Full name: Sam Francis

Prolific young striker who notched up over fifty goals for Withdean in the 2002/2003 season, and moved to Worthing from that club in the summer of 2003. Regularly scored goals for his previous clubs which include Lewes and Burgess Hill.

A central midfielder and true professional bringing vast experience to club having skippered Brighton and Hove Albion and played for Sheffield United, Notts County and Wigan .

Composed right sided midfielder who can usefully turn his hand to defence. Previously played for Withdean 2000, Lewes and Brighton and joined the Rebels in July 2003.

A tireless player who has recorded nearly 300 appearances for the club since joining from Lewes in 1997. Mark can fulfil almost any role from left back to striker, and has bagged over fifty goals for the club.

Tough tackling midfielder who is capable of imposing himself on a game. Possesses a thunderous shot. Joined the Rebels from Withdean in 2003.

Tall and physical striker with a wealth of non-league experience who was signed from Leatherhead in February 2004. Has previously played for Harrow Borough and Sutton United.

Full name: Mark Pulling

Creative and hard-running midfielder brought in from Withdean 2000 in 2003. Capable of supporting the frontmen with crucial goals, Mark hit the headlines in spring 2004 with a hat-trick of goals from corners in a match against Corinthian Casuals.

Right sided defender/ midfielder signed from Eastbourne Borough in 2004. Has served Crawley Town , Lewes & Bognor Regis in the past.

Tricky right-midfielder signed from Kingstonian in October 2004. Moved to the K's after impressing in Walton & Hersham's first team in 2001.

Very quick right sided defender who moved to the Rebels from Horsham YMCA in 2003. Is also captain of Worthing Cricket Club.

Quick and agile striker with excellent footwork. Signed on loan from Dulwich Hamlet in November 2004, but has now joined the Rebels permanently. Previously had long spell with Kingstonian, coming through their Youth ranks.

Former Brighton & Hove Albion goalkeeper who joined Worthing FC from Conference side Farnborough Town late in 2003.

Full name: Roy Pook

Tenacious young midfielder who carries the ball well with a penchant for attack and will give the Rebels plenty of options. Has previously played for Withdean, Burgess Hill and Southwick.

Full name: Des Guile

Experienced left-sided defender who has a useful turn of speed. Signed from Burgess Hill Town in February 2004 where he was Player of the Year in 2003.

18 year old right back signed.on work experience terms from Gillingham in November 2004. Played in the Millwall youth set-up.

Full name: Ashley Carew

Young .attacking midfielder signed from Gillingham in November 2004.

Full name: Jones Awuah

Young striker signed on a month's loan from Gillingham in December 2004.
